Atletico Huracan vs River Plate Prediction: The guests have more important things to worry about than the national championship

River Plate lost their first match of the Libertadores Cup round of 16 to Velez Sarsfield and will now face Atletico Huracan in an away game in the Argentinian league. Will River manage to get three points?

Unlike River Plate, for whom the international playoffs have begun, Atletico Huracan has the option of not spreading their forces over several fronts. The Huracan isn't competing in the Copa Sudamericana or the Libertadores, and they dropped out early in the Argentina Cup.

Marcelo Gallardo's side can only claim victory after a narrow-away defeat.

In the previous round of the championship, River Plate beat Lanus with a score of 2:1 on home soil.

River Plate has more essential tasks now than solving local tournament problems in the national championship, which has just begun.
