Antalyaspor vs Trabzonspor Prediction: Home win is realistic

Trabzonspor is defending champion in the Turkish Super Lig and started this season furiously with two wins in the first two rounds against Istanbulspor AS as a quest and against Hatayspor at home. The host Antalyaspor also has a good start to the season with a win and a defeat in the first two rounds. They lost in the first round against Galatasaray at home but won against Umraniyespor as a quest and in both matches, the result was 1:0.

Antalyaspor continued where they left off last season and they are again a solid team after last season’s 7th place they will aim higher this season for sure. The team’s atmosphere is right and with the support of the fans Antalyaspor has everything to win against the defending champion whose mind is on the rematch of the Champions League against Copenhagen.

As I mentioned, Trabzonspor’s goal is to qualify to the Champions League group stage and in the first round of the playoff they lost against Copenhagen in Denmark by 2:1. Next week they will be hosts and with the home fans support which is very loud in Turkey, they will try to overcome the deficit from the first match.
