Al-Shamal SC vs Qatar SC Prediction: Shamal is yet to lose a league game

Al-Shamal has started the new season on a fantastic note as they are without a loss from the two league games played this season. Al-Shamal started their new season with a shocking 2-1 victory over defending champions Al-Sadd in their opening league game of the season. Baghdad Bounedjah had a phenomenal performance in that game as he scored a brace before Al-Sadd responded with a goal in the 89th minute. However, they faltered in their second league game of the season against Umm Salal as they scored 3 straight goals before Baghdad Bounedjah pulled two goals back in the 81st and 97th minute but there wasn’t enough time to pull the final equalizer. Shamal is currently 4th placed in the league with a win and a draw from the two games played.

Qatar SC had a devastating start to the season as they lost woefully to Al-Duhail in their league opener last week. Qatar SC held their forte in the first half of the game which ended goalless but they faltered in the second half conceding a total of 6 goals in the second half. The goals just kept going in although Qatar SC managed to get one goal. As If the defeat against Al-Duhail wasn’t enough, Qatar SC was utterly thrashed 1-5 in their second league game of the season against Al-Sadd. The sad part was that they scored first and conceded 5 goals. They have now conceded 11 goals in the league with just 2 goals scored. They are currently at the bottom of the league table.

Qatar SC have had a devastating start to the new season as they’ve suffered heavy defeats and are still looking for their first point in the league.
