Adama City vs Hawassa Prediction: Expect goals galore in this fixture

Adama Stadium will host the week five Ethiopia Premier League encounter between Adama City and Hawassa. The previous time these two teams faced, Adama City pulled off a 0-5 win on the road. Can Hawassa repeat that feat on the road?

Adama City's last encounter was against Fasil Kenema, and they did well in picking a point. In that encounter, Adnan Reshad received consecutive yellow cards within two minutes before the break but did well to take the lead in the 68-minute second half. However, despite their strong play, Bereket Gizawe's 87th-minute goal for Fasil Kenema denied Adama City maximum points. Hawassa will look to secure another league win following a road win over Hadiya Hossana the previous time out. However, Hawassa's first win this season was on the road against Sidama Bunna, while they drew Shire Endaselassie. In the meantime, Hawassa lost to Ethiopia Bunna in week three of the game, ending 3-1 on the road. 

The performances of the two teams this season have not been too encouraging, but the visiting Hawassa team has been better. While their defenses have been shaky, their offensive line have also put on strong performances. This is a competitive game open for grabs for the two sides. Expect this encounter to be close, but a bet on goals is the realistic outcome. Also, while Adama City have dominated this fixture, I expect a similar result in this home game.
