Rogue: Seven wins in a row

The summer split didn't start out too well for Rogue. After losing the opening game to G2 Esports, the guys were not too upset. Losing already on the second day, against Fnatic, there were doubts about the successful game, but on the final day of the first week, Rogue won against MAD Lions, thereby going 2-1, at the end of the first game week. The guys started the second week with a win against Misfits Gaming, thus coming out with a 2-2 score, which is pretty nice. At the end of the week, Rogue faced Astralis, who they beat without too much trouble, thus going 3-2, at the end of two weeks. Week 3 started with a very important win against Excel. Well, at the end of the week the guys defeated SK Gaming, who played with a substitution. Week 4 started with a win, against Team Vitality, thus solidifying Rogue in the first place. At the end of the week, Rogue continued its winning streak by beating Team BDS. Today, the guys will face Fnatic, who can grate on the guys' nerves.

Rogue is an American eSports organization owned by ReKTGlobal and its partners. Rogue entered League of Legends in 2019 when the LEC franchise was announced. This team had a rough start to the franchise, winning just 2 of 18 games. They finished 10th, behind Excel Esports, who had a 5-13 record. Looking ahead to summer 2019, Rogue promoted most of their Rogue Esports Club lineup, which finished 9-12 at the EU Masters 2019 Spring. The team finished 4th in that split, beating Splyce 3-0 before losing 1-3 against FC Schalke 04 Esports. In the spring of 2021, Rogue signed Odoamne from FC Schalke 04 Esports and also picked up Trymbi from their academic team AGO ROGUE. Rogue tied with G2 Esports in the regular season at 14-4, but the team began the playoffs with a 1-3 loss against the MAD Lions. After making it through the lower bracket, Rogue beat FC Schalke 04 Esports 3-1 and G2 Esports 3-1 but lost to the MAD Lions with a 3-2 loss in the finals. In the summer of 2021, Rogue finished 3rd and qualified for Worlds 2021. With a 1-2 result in both phases of the round-robin system at Worlds, Rogue was forced to play a tiebreaker where they knocked off FunPlus Phoenix before losing a tight 54-minute game, against Cloud9 and finishing 9-12.

The spring split for Rogue came out beautifully. After finishing in first place overall, 14-4, the boys made the playoffs, where they beat Misfits Gaming 3-1 and Fnatic 3-2 and were one step away from MSI 2022. However, G2 Esports beat Rogue 3-0 on the maps in the final, leaving them without a trip to the World Championship. The organization did not make any substitutions before the summer split.

Fnatic: Last week was not a good one

In this split, the guys got off to a very good start. On the first game day, Fnatic confidently defeated Rogue. The second game day was less successful. Excel took the guys' victory points without much trouble, and on the third game day, Fnatic beat SK Gaming without any trouble. That week, the guys will meet MAD Lions and Team BDS, who can be beaten. Week 2 began with a resounding defeat, against the MAD Lions. However, on the final day of week two, the guys were able to turn the game around, defeating Team BDS in a very tight encounter, thus going 3-2 on the score of the first two weeks. Fnatic got off to a pretty good start in Week 3. The boys confidently defeated Astralis, which gave them a chance to break into first place. At the end of the week, Fnatic confidently beat G2 Esports, which gave them a good foothold at the top of the table. At the start of Week 4, the guys played horribly, against Misfits Gaming, which sent them to second place by a score of 5-3. At the end of the week, Fnatic faced Team Vitality, who sent the guys to third place overall, with a score of 5-4. Today, Fnatic will face Rogue, who haven't lost their matches in three weeks.

Fnatic, sometimes styled fnatic and abbreviated FNC, is a professional gaming organization with registered offices in the United Kingdom, Australia, and the Netherlands. Fnatic is considered a European team. It was founded by Sam Matthews. Fnatic is one of the first teams to sign with League of Legends, this happened in 2011. They won the 2011 World Championship. They beat all the authorities in the finals, becoming the first League of Legends world champions. In 2013, Fnatic made its way to the 2013 EU LCS spring season through qualification. That's where they beat Gambit Esports 3-2 in the finals, and also defeated LemonDogs 3-1 in the summer and won consecutive LCS championships. That led to qualification for the 2013 World Championships, where they finished 4th after losing to the Royal Club in the semifinals. In the spring of 2021, Fnatic only finished in 5th place after losing to FC Schalke 04 Esports. In the summer of 2021, the team made several changes to the roster. With these changes, Fnatic took 2nd place and managed to qualify directly into the group stage of Worlds 2021. After a 0-3 week, Fnatic managed their only win over Royal Never Give Up in week 2, finishing 13-16th at the event, their worst result at the Worlds. Despite the positive results from LEC 2021 Summer, the poor performance at WC-2021 and the team atmosphere was the result of a top team change.

The spring split for the revamped Fnatic was very good. Finishing the main leg in second place, 13-5, the boys made the playoffs. The playoffs themselves were not the most successful for Fnatic. After beating G2 Esports 3-1, the guys set themselves up for first place, but after losing first to Rogue 3-2 and then to G2 Esports 3-0, Fnatic finished in third place. Before the summer split, the organization only replaced the mid lane.
