KT Rolster vs Dplus Prediction: Korean Team is Favorite to Leave

The KT team returned to the World Championship for the first time in five years and started with a loss. They were a favorite to win the tournament the last time, but unfortunately, they lost in the quarterfinals. While there may be less hope for them this time, we still see KT as a team with a rich legacy that is finally back in contention and will be ambitious in the tournament's later stages.

Veterans like Bdd and Lehends have been in the top-4 at Worlds before. The top-line duo of Kiin and Cuzz has enough power to inspire confidence in an organization. Still, rumors have it that all the veterans are almost fired for next season, so their motivation is no longer as high. A loss to Bilibili Gaming on the first day of the group stage is dampening the faith of Korean fans.

Many expected Dplus KIA to make it to the next stage despite the story in the first round of the LCK playoffs.
