Malr1ne's team breezed through the Pinnacle group stage: 25 Year Anniversary Show. In Group B, Team Falcons went undefeated in both series and maps. However, the top five teams here were the strongest among the rest.
The team leads in gold and experience farming, plays the cleanest (19.5 deaths per map), and has the best team KDA (5.22). Skiter leads in personal KDA (19), followed by Malr1ne (12.5). As expected, the team is not inventing new strategies for ESL One Kuala Lumpur 2023 but building synergy in the team and playing signature characters. Skiter gets the greedy Luna, Malr1ne gets the signature Timbersaw and alternates it with Huskar and Earthshaker, and ATF shows off the forgotten Mars.
Level Up
The lineup consists entirely of players from former tier-2 teams that haven't had much success in recent years. The group stage of Pinnacle: 25 Year Anniversary Show Level Up ended with a 2:2 record, and a matchup with B8 secured a spot in the top playoff bracket.
So far, the new team has struggled on all levels. First, Focus often fills in for other teams. Second, the draft matchups often lack synergy at any stage. The team takes strong meta-characters but doesn't make connections between them on the lines or in the middle of the game. Third, each player's performance could be better. Although three of the five are ranked in the top 100 in Europe, with Kidaro and dEsire close to that mark, mistakes are made in the competitive matches due to a lack of experience.

Team Falcons should have no problem with the series in their favor. Since their opponent's level is too low, Malr1ne's team will not spend much time battling for a ticket to the top-set semifinals. Moreover, only Team Falcons will undoubtedly destroy everything in this series.
