Shopify Rebellion vs B8 Prediction: Dendi Against Arteezy

A new Arteezy team with old might dominates North America. All three series in the DPC league ended 2-0. True, Shopify Rebellion has yet to face a direct competitor for a trip to the majors.

Only the very first map in the tournament lasted more than 30 minutes. Other times, Fly and his teammates have dealt with their opponents in less than half an hour. The team dies less than ten times per map, making 33 kills (one kill per minute minimum), a team-wide KDA of 11.2. No other team in any region can boast such stats.

The level of dominance is so high that all five players are in the top 5 of the individual Dotabuff rankings. Games against the tier-3 teams in North America are a formality for a team contending for the majors. The next series will be played in the same spirit.

The Dendi team still can't win the series, but they are already achieving success on the map. They took one map from Wildcard Gaming and 5RATFORCESTAFF, but this still has not yet saved them from the bottom of the B8 standings. So far, they have the last place in the league and a likely departure from the elite.

Dendi prefers his signature pool to the meta heroes, unlike many players in the central corridor. He has played two games with Shadow Fiend and three with Primal Beast. Danil likes to figure out new characters, so he took the latter throughout the series with 5RATFORCESTAFF. B8's weakness this time is the StoneBank carry. His average KDA is 2.63. He can only show good stats in victory matches and participates in only 50% of the team's frags. He plays separately from his teammates.

The team is predictable in the drafts. Funn1k does not play summoners, focusing on strong lines and pick-offs. Strategies often lack standard push potential, and the brawls lack execution. At the level of the North American team's tier-3, that's enough to compete, but against such a great force, they don't stand a chance.

Eight years ago, the Dendi vs Arteezy match might have been the most popular, but now the outcome is more evident than ever. B8 is stuck in the concept of the 2010s. Shopify Rebellion can still produce wins in the region and give battle to the most seasoned squads.

Shopify Rebellion makes a lot of kills and rarely dies. For all the B8 stats, its numbers will drop in multiples in a face-to-face encounter.
