Singapore vs Hong Kong Prediction: Hong Kong look more probable between the two to come away with two points

Singapore will be taking on Hong Kong in the first match of the Asia Cup Qualifier in Oman. Will Singapore keep their recent history aside and get a win or will Hong Kong will be the winners of the first game?
