Ireland vs Afghanistan Prediction: Ireland to wrap up the series in the third game

Ireland will be hosting Afghanistan in the third game of the T20 series at Stormont on the 12th of August. Will Ireland finally be able to win a series at home or will Afghanistan make a comeback in the series? 

Ireland has won the first two games of the T20 series against Afghanistan. They have been superb in the first two games of the series and played Afghanistan out of the park. Ireland won the latest game by five wickets after restricting Afghans to only 122 runs. It was a team effort with everyone chipping in with bowl and bat that won them the game against the South Asian side. Ireland will be looking for a third victory on the trot and winning the series.

Afghanistan struggled a lot in the first two games of the series. None of the batsmen stayed at the crease for long and build a substantial partnership. The spin duo of Rashid Khan and Mujeeb Ur Rahman were not able to have the same impact that was expected of them. Afghanistan needs to fix its wounds and play exceptionally well to save the series.
