The young and incompetent Sri Lankan cricket team never made their way through their first test match. There’s no argument in that Sri Lankan bowlers and batsmen were all over the place in the first encounter. Though they lost in T20 internationals, Test Match is a completely different ball game, with many experienced players making their way in the Sri Lankan lineup. In the first game, Sri Lankan batters didn’t manage to reach the 200 figure mark in both innings, gifting team India a comprehensive win by an innings and 222 runs. For the upcoming game, many changes are expected to be made in the Indian lineup, as Ravi Ashwin and Kuldeep Yadav are presenting themselves for the selection. Rohit Sharma would be very pleased with the performance of his boys and would expect them to continue with this pace.
