Gujarat Titans vs Sunrisers Hyderabad: Gujarat to go top of the tree

The second and the third team in the IPL table go head to head in game 40 of the Indian Premier League. Both the teams are in good form and it will be a good watch. Both the teams will be looking to not lose heavily which will jeopardize their position in the top four. 

The most consistent team this season with only one loss under their belt, Gujarat Titans look a serious contender for the trophy. In their last game, they defended a low score against KKR and won by 8 runs. Their only loss has come against Sunrisers Hyderabad in their reverse fixture. They will be looking to get their revenge against the orange army in this game. David Miller and Rahul Tewatia have been a great addition to the side and have provided a much-needed backbone the side in case the starting order fails.

Sunrisers started their season badly with two losses out of two but since then have won 5 games on the trot. Their bowling is a threat to all the sides and showed a glimpse of the same when they bowled out Bangalore for 68 runs. They have ramped up their net run rate from their initial losses. Marco Jansen and T Natarajan have been a revolution in the side and are difficult to score runs. Kane Williamson has come back to form and will be looking for the same in the second half of the season.
