Gilberto Ramirez vs Chris Billam-Smith Prediction: Mexican will unite the titles

Gilberto Ramirez, 33-year-old Mexican WBA world champion in the second middleweight division, tried to take the belt in 2019 in the light heavyweight division as well, but it didn't work out - Dmitry Bivol smashed him on all the cards.

But Ramirez was not sad for long, he moved up to the first heavyweight and scored two bright victories, becoming the champion here as well: he beat Joe Smith Jr. without a chance, and then Arsen Gulamiryan.

WBO champion Chris Billam-Smith, a 34-year-old Briton, took the belt last year when he beat Lawrence Okolie by majority decision, after which he managed to defend himself twice.

We expect left-handed and aggressive Ramirez to take the initiative, while Billam-Smith will have to fight back with his jab and clinch. There are no problems with cardio and conditioning in either of them, skill is also at a high level, so if no one makes a mistake (or suddenly loses strength), the fight will last all of the twelve rounds.
