Philadelphia 76ers vs Oklahoma City Thunder Prediction: Will the Thunder get revenge?

Last year's meeting between Philadelphia and Oklahoma in the summer tournament in Salt Lake City ended in victory for the 76ers. Will the Thunder get a revenge?

Nick Nurse, the new head coach of the main team, is in charge of the team at the Salt Lake City tournament. Under the guidance of the Canadian specialist, they played two good games, although they only won one. First, Philadelphia lost at the end to Memphis (92:94). Afterwards, they beat Utah 104:94. As you can see from the results, the 76ers played both games offensively.

The Thunder were also excellent offensively in their two games played. For some reason, the team's offensive accomplishments in both meetings were limited to one quarter. First, Oklahoma scored 43 points in the second quarter against Utah and won 95:85. Then, against Memphis, the Thunder scored 31 points in the first quarter. But they conceded 39 and eventually lost 86:94. Interestingly, the other six quarters in the two games turned out to be low-scoring.

Other than that, let's bet on Philadelphia. Nick Nurse as head coach is a big advantage for the Sixers.

Oklahoma's games at the tournament were more productive than they should have been. We'll take the total under here because of the good shot performance of both the Seven-Sixers and Thunder in past games. For the second game in a row, the young players who make up the teams' core in the Summer League won't be as effective offensively.
