Orlando Magic vs Milwaukee Bucks Prediction: It won't be easy for the Bucks

Orlando has lost to Milwaukee 11 head-to-head meetings in a row, and now the bookmakers are waiting for the continuation of this series. Is everything so obvious in this confrontation?

Eight straight losses dropped Orlando to last place in the Eastern Conference, and the battle for at least a playoff spot appears to be postponed until next season. For the second year in a row, the Magic have been unable to field their best players, as half of them have been injured. Jonathan Isaac, Mo Bamba, Jalen Suggs, Chuma Okeke, Wendell Carter Jr., and Gary Harris are currently injured, while Cole Anthony and Markelle Fultz recently returned to action. The Magic have the same playing problems as the rest of the league's underdogs. Orlando is in penultimate place in the NBA in terms of loss-to-possession ratio. Only Houston is worse. In their recent game against Toronto, the team lost the ball 16 times. The result was a 106:121 loss for the Magic.

Milwaukee's staffing situation is also alarming, but the team continues to chase Boston, who leads the Eastern Conference. The Bucks have won 4 of their last five games, and the day before, they beat Charlotte (105:96) on the road. Jrue Holiday, Giannis Antetokounmpo, and Khris Middleton were absent, and the latter two should be back in action for their game against Orlando. Jrue Holiday still hasn't recovered, and now the team is in danger of losing two snipers, Allen and Lopez. Antetokounmpo might produce another flashy offensive performance, but a lot depends on the role players. Orlando has been good defensively at times this season, although Jalen Suggs will still be missed. The Magic have good offensive players, so they can expect to put up better opposition than in past head-to-head meetings with the Bucks.
