New York Mets vs Arizona Diamondbacks Prediction: Diamondbacks have a chance in this one

At the Citi Field in New York, the New York Mets will play the Arizona Diamondbacks in the finale of an MLB four-game series. Let’s look at this game from a betting perspective and make a prediction. 

The New York Mets will look to make it three in three games in this series here. In game one and 2, the New York Mets pulled off a one-run win in each, with the scores ending 3-2 and 10-9, respectively. However, this team’s form into this series was not impressive, especially considering they picked just one win in as many as nine matches. With that performance, the New York Mets record reads 24-33 overall this season, leaving this side seated 13th in the National League. 

Arizona Diamondbacks will hope for some positivity in this game following disappointing performances in the first two games of this series. However, the Arizona Diamondbacks had just been defeated by the Texas Rangers in a quick two-game series prior to this while also losing to the Miami Marlins. In the MLB this season, the Arizona Diamondbacks have played 57 matches and have a 25-32 record. 

I am backing the Diamondbacks here. Truly, this team has played below par lately and will need to perform extremely better. However, the Mets have been excellent in this series, but I have not seen them show that high-quality play, especially considering their form into this series too.
