Detroit Tigers vs. Colorado Rockies: Tigers Having the Home Advantage

In the opening game of the doubleheader, Detroit will start right-hander Tarik Skubal (0-1, 3.72) against Colorado right-hander Antonio Senzatela (0-1, 2.16). The Tigers rescheduled right-hander Beau Brieske's big league debut from Saturday afternoon to Saturday evening, pitching him against left-hander Austin Gomber (0-1, 7.00) in the second of three games at Comerica Park. The series opener was postponed due to light rain, with additional rain forecast for the rest of the night.

After losing a close game to Colorado Rockies, the Tigers would believe in themselves to defeat the Rockies in the upcoming fixture. The Detroit Tigers are coming to this game after a string of low-scoring games. Prior to Saturday's doubleheader, the Tigers had scored nine or fewer total runs in six of their previous 12 games. This season, the under has hit in both of Alexander's starts. Talking about the Rockies' game form, they certainly make a promising comeback after losing (6-9) and (13-0) against Philadelphia and the Tigers. The upcoming game would be an intense moment as the Rockies look to win 2-1.
