Colorado Rockies vs San Diego Padres Prediction: High time for Padres to handle Rockies

San Diego is having trouble against Colorado again, this time losing 1-2 on the road to the Rockies. Will the Padres be able to beat an uncomfortable opponent in game four of the series in Denver? Let's pick a few options to bet on at once.

In the previous game, the Rockies lost to the Padres 3-6 in the sixth inning, but managed to bounce back and get another win over San Diego. Jose Iglesias hit a three-run home run in the bottom of the 6th and then only Colorado baseball players scored for the rest of the game. The final score was 10-6. Reliever Tyler Scott got the pitching win. Iglesias had six RBI. Colorado pushed the season series lead over San Diego to four wins.

Kyle Freeland, 4-7 with a 4.70 ERA in 17 starts this season, is Colorado's starting pitcher for the upcoming meeting.

The current series is the third for the rivals this season. The first in San Diego ended 2-2, the second in Denver was 3-0 in favor of the Rockies, and now again in Denver, the score is 2-1 again in favor of Colorado. The Padres can't find the key to beat Bud Black's team.

Prediction: San Diego will win, of course, in a productive game. It's almost impossible to do otherwise in Denver.
