Boston Red Sox vs Toronto Blue Jays Prediction: Blue Jays to get revenge

On Friday, Major League Baseball action moves to Fenway Park, where the Boston Red Sox take on the Toronto Blue Jays. This is the last game of a best-of-four set. Boston won the first two games by a single run, then won by five runs on Wednesday to keep its winning streak alive. 

During Tuesday's game, the Boston team were victorious, scoring runs in all but the first and fifth innings. In the game that took place on Wednesday, the Red Sox were victorious over the Jays thanks to a 15-6 advantage in hits. Nick Pivetta, the starting pitcher, went 6.0 innings, allowing three earned runs, five hits, and one walk. In their last 16 home games against teams with a winning record, the Red Sox have a record of 13-3, and the over is undefeated in their last four Friday games, going 4-0.

The Blue Jays suffered two heartbreaking defeats in the first two games of this series, dropping game one by a score of 6-5 and game two by a score of 7-6. In the game that took place on Wednesday, Toronto threw up an early 2-0 lead and ultimately lost 8-3. In the start, Alek Manoah was able to complete five innings, allowing two earned runs, eight hits, and one walk. The Blue Jays' performance on Wednesday was rather sloppy, and the bullpen did not provide much support for Manoah. However, we think Toronto will recover and prevent a sweep.
