Udinese vs. Salernitana

Udinese's perfect start to the Serie A season came to an end last weekend as they lost 3-0 to AS Roma on the road. Before this, they were on a four-match unbeaten run, recording three wins and one draw, not to mention a three-game winning run against Lazio, Como, and Parma.

After six games, Salernitana occupies 15th place in the Serie B table and has maintained a one-point cushion over the relegation playoff. In their most recent match, they managed to salvage a crucial point against Reggiana away from home, playing out a goalless draw. However, this result extended their winless run in the league to three games (L2, D1).

Udinese are favorites to secure a comfortable win in the Coppa Italia round of 32. However, their opponents could turn out to be tricky, having failed to secure a win in the past four encounters (D3, L1). Considering that both sides have found the back of the net in their past three encounters, we anticipate the same trend to continue here.

Bodo/Glimt vs. FC Porto

Kjetil Knutsen's men are currently enjoying a productive season in the Eliteserien. They are seven points clear at the top after 23 games played. However, their three-match winning run was halted by a disappointing 4-1 loss away to Brann and will be aiming to return to winning ways against Portuguese opposition FC Porto in the new Europa League format.

FC Porto is currently contending for the league title in the early phase of the Primeira Liga. However, with one defeat to their name in six games, they find themselves three points adrift of the top spot. A comfortable 3-0 victory away to Vitoria de Guimaraes last weekend marked their fifth win of the season and head into this match high on confidence.

While this will be Bodo/Glimt's first ever meeting against Portuguese opposition in Europe, Kjetil Knutsen's men will be aiming to build upon their solid home record in the European League that has seen them lose just two of their last seven games (W4, D1). This could turn out to be an entertaining affair, thus the recommendation of supporting the total goals to exceed 2.5.

Barcelona vs. Getafe

Four points clear at the top, Barcelona remain the only side in La Liga to maintain a 100% record, having made an impressive start to the current season. They currently boast a six-game winning run and come into this match off the back of a 5-1 thrashing of Villareal on Sunday to compensate for their setback against AS Monaco in the UEFA Champions League.

Getafe, on the other hand, have had their own fair share of struggles this season, as they are currently languishing in the relegation zone after six games. The Azulones are one of the two sides in La Liga yet to record a win. A 1-1 draw against Leganes over the weekend prolonged their winless run to six games (D4, L2) and they head into this match hoping to halt that run.

Barcelona are currently on a six-game winning run in La Liga, and we don't expect them to suffer defeat against a side that has yet to secure a win this season, let alone shown a poor display. Considering that the Catalan giants have been a dominant side in this fixture, we anticipate supporting them in the Asian handicap of -1.5.
