04:30 AM GMT: India vs Australia, Women’s Test

India and Australian women are going to clash in the one-off four-day pink ball test. This is India’s second test of the year after playing against England earlier in June. Meanwhile, Australia last played England in the Ashes Test in 2019. The test is going to be a day-night affair and a pink ball is going to be used. The weather is expected to be rainy for the first two days and a lot of overs can be lost due to that.

Australia has four points in the multi-format series compared to two by the Indians. The winner of this match is going to earn four points. For Australia, Ellyse Perry has an average of 78 in Tests including a double-century. Shafali Verma for India had a superb debut in England and hit back-to-back half-centuries, including a top score of 96. In terms of experience, India’s bowler Jhulan Goswami has claimed 41 wickets in 19 innings at an average of 17.63.

Hopefully, it's the first of many and not just a one-off and we can go and play a Test over in India in the next few years, think that would be a really cool thing to do.
