Spanish tennis player Aaron Cortes, 30, has been suspended from professional performances until 2039 due to his participation in rigged matches, according to the International Tennis Integrity Agency.
Cortes previously confessed to 35 violations of an anti-corruption program between 2016 and 2018. Because of his cooperation with the investigation, the Spaniard received a shorter sentence than originally planned. Aaron's best career score was 955 points in the world rankings in 2017.
It is about contriving the outcome of events, accepting money to contrive the outcome of events, failure to report corrupt approaches, wagering on tennis, and providing money to tournament officials in exchange for a wild card.
