Slovenia and France have roared into the top five rankings in International basketball after an outstanding Olympics campaign. While France captured a silver medal in the event losing a close game to the USA in the Final of the Olympics, Slovenia finished at the fourth place after winning 4 games in a row.

Luka Doncic led the Slovenia effort after averaging a triple-double and even mustered up a 48 points game to tick things off. Serbia slipped one place from sixth to fifth place while Argentina also lost their number 3 position and slipped to number 7. Meanwhile the USA continued to be the top-ranked team in FIBA.
