CS2 player Robert "Patsi" Isyanov from the PARIVISION team recently gave an interview to Telecomasia.net, where he shared insights about the positive changes that have occurred since the arrival of new captain Daniil "Alpha" Demin.
Patsi agreed with the interviewer that the team’s performance has improved greatly since Alpha has joined. He attributes this to their similar understanding of CS2, stemming from a common "school" of thought.
First of all, Alpha also comes from Team Spirit, just like me and ArtFr0st. Our basic understanding of the game was instilled in us by Team Spirit, which really helps in some game situations. We have a similar perspective on the game, so we don’t have disagreements during play. When we were playing with Jerry, we had different backgrounds: Jerry came from FORZE, Qikert from Virtus.pro, and me and ArtFr0st from Team Spirit.

Besides, Robert talked about Ivan "F_1N" Kochugov joining the team. He stated that F_1N, alongside the new captain, is working on the team’s structure and they are "building the game" together.
Ivan also helps us with micro-control, he sees many of our mistakes, and makes communication during the matches better. Plus, F_1N brings a lot of experience, which helps us win. I mean this not just in terms of tactics, but more regarding external factors like communication, teamwork, and trust.
