American track and field athlete and Olympic relay champion Tori Bowie died of complications during her pregnancy, USA Today reports.
According to a source, Bowie was found dead June 13 at her home in Florida. The athlete was 32 years old. According to media reports, the track and field athlete was seven or eight months pregnant. It is noted that Bowie was unsteady and anxious lately.
Bowie is the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics champion in the 4-by-100-meter relay. She was also a two-time world champion.
