Figure skater Roman Kostomarov published a new video of his workouts in the gym on social networks.
The 46-year-old athlete showed a session on the simulator, focused on strengthening the adductor muscles.
I'm like a woman after childbirth. Working out. Look at the muscles. The adductor muscles. It's pretty hard.

Kostomarov was hospitalized in early January with a severe case of pneumonia. Due to subsequent complications, the doctors had to resort to amputation of the athlete's limbs. On July 6, the figure skater reported that he was discharged from the hospital.
Kostomarov became the champion of the 2006 Olympics in Turin in ice dancing as a part of a duet with Tatiana Navka. The pair's record also includes two victories at world championships and three golden medals at European championships.
