The CEO of the British Olympic Association, Andy Anson, told The Times that British athletes have chosen not to eat at the Olympic Village restaurants during the Paris Games due to a shortage of food and inadequate meal quality.
It is worth noting that L'Equipe previously reported complaints from many athletes about the lack of food in the main restaurant of the Olympic Village.
There are not enough of certain foods: eggs, chicken, certain carbohydrates. And then there is the quality of the food, with raw meat being served to athletes. Our athletes have decided they would rather go and eat in our performance lodge in Clichy.

Earlier, Yahoo Sports reported that the organizers of the 2024 Olympics will install air conditioning in the Olympic Village upon request from several participating countries.
The Summer Olympics in Paris are set to start on July 26 and conclude on August 11.
