Legendary long-distance runner Mo Farah finished second in the London 10000m race, after he had missed 11 months due to an injury. The 39-year old finished in 28 minutes and 44 seconds, only to be bested by Ellis Cross, who was not expected to win the race.
Today was tough and Ellis did well to beat me. I love the sport and what I do. I have had a long career. Your body has to be ready. You have to be in the right frame of mind and compete with the guys. You have to say where you are... I ain't young any more am I?
