UFC middleweight champion Sean Strickland has reacted to the termination of cooperation between the US Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) and the UFC.
Earlier, USADA CEO Travis Tygart said the organization will continue to implement a doping testing program for UFC fighters until December 31, 2023.
Strickland wrote on social media:
You guys.... did you hear?!? We’re all gonna be juiced up soon!!!!!!!! Lmao.... USADA, any recommendations? I'm kinda new at this.... This is googles recommendation...@TJDillashaw yo I'm gonna give you a call....
Recall that Dillashaw failed a doping test after his fight with Henry Cejudo at UFC Fight Night 143 in January 2019 and received a two-year suspension from USADA.
Strickland last fought against Israel Adesanya this past September at UFC 293. In that confrontation, Sean won by unanimous decision of the judges.
Currently, Strickland is on a streak of three consecutive wins. He has 28 wins and five losses on his record in mixed martial arts.
