In an exclusive interview with Telecomasia.net, Gor Azizyan, head coach and founder of Gor MMA, revealed the pressure his fighter Valter Walker faced from Junior Tafa's team ahead of UFC 305.
Will there be sanctions against Junior Tafa? Definitely. Hunter Campbell and the UFC's head of security came up to talk to me. They didn't like it. They don't mess around with that kind of thing. But I'm happy with the result. There were no fighters from the CIS at this tournament. We fought in the late prelims, but there were athletes who came out to fight at six in the morning. But Valter came out and did his job. For the future, the UFC has promised more security at tournaments in Australia. Although other Australian athletes haven't had these problems. I think it's all about the Tafa brothers specifically. They were set up negatively from the beginning.
