TKO Group Holdings, the parent company of UFC, has informed the Securities and Exchange Commission that the organization has reached a settlement regarding the Le antitrust lawsuit, agreeing to pay $375 million.

On September 26, 2024, TKO reached an agreement with the plaintiffs to settle all claims asserted in the Le case for an aggregate amount of $375 million payable in installments over an agreed-upon period of time. The terms of the Updated Settlement Agreement have been memorialized in a long form agreement, which will be submitted to the court for approval.

TKO Group Holdings statement

The original antitrust lawsuit, filed back in 2014, alleged that UFC fighters were paid less than they deserved and that UFC was involved in a scheme to acquire and maintain monopoly power in the market for elite professional MMA fighters.
