UFC CEO Dana White announced that the promotion's light heavyweight champion Alex Pereira entered his fight with Jamahal Hill with an injury.
Pereira defeated Hill by first-round knockout on April 14 at UFC 300.
He fought tonight with a broken toe, I thought he broke his toe in the fight. His team was like, 'No he broke his toe two weeks ago.' He was like, "I ain't losing this opportunity for a f***ing pinky toe." Props to him for that too.
