Brandon Royval, the top-ranked UFC flyweight fighter from the United States, shared details about an altercation between his fellow American Nate Diaz and the team of lightweight champion Islam Makhachev from Russia.
In early December, a video surfaced showing Diaz throwing a water bottle at Makhachev.
A water bottle almost hit me when I was with Nate Diaz. Diaz is walking in front of me. The water bottle f—king zooms by my head. That’s another thing people didn’t see. Diaz did not throw that first water bottle. The first water bottle was thrown at him. I know exactly who threw the water bottle. I seen it. It was the Flyweight Russian kid [Tagir Ulanbekov].
