Current UFC welterweight champion Leon Edwards has revealed that he will make his next belt defense at UFC 300 on April 14 in Las Vegas, USA.
Edwards is quoted as saying by Homeoffight:
I will defend my belt in April at UFC 300 in Vegas again, then hopefully in the summertime get a show back in Birmingham at Villa Park. I’m in talks with the UFC, so hopefully we can get it done.

Edwards last stepped into the octagon on December 17 in the main event of UFC 296 in Las Vegas (USA). That fight went the full distance and ended in Leon's favor with a unanimous decision.
Edwards is currently riding a streak of 12 consecutive wins. He has 22 wins and three losses on his record in mixed martial arts.
