Earlier it was reported that former double champion Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler may meet in the main fight of UFC 300.
McGregor last fought against Dustin Poirier in July 2021 at UFC 264. In this confrontation, Conor suffered a defeat by technical knockout after breaking his leg. He has 22 wins and six losses on his record.
Chandler last entered the octagon against the same Poirier in November 2022 at UFC 281. That fight, which was stopped in the third round, ended in a choke submission defeat for Michael. He has 23 wins and eight losses on his record.
