Former UFC lightweight champion and American mixed martial arts fighter Aljamain Sterling has spoken about his current physical condition.
In a video posted on his YouTube channel, Sterling said:
Right now, I’m just tired. I do one to two rounds of striking and I’m exhausted. Also moving around and trying to do what I do when I’m lighter. Those eight to nine weeks of drinking every single day and hookah non-stop, staying up late at night, it definitely took a toll on my lungs so I still feel like I’m battling back and trying to regain all that.

Sterling last fought against Sean O'Malley this past August at UFC 292. In that fight, Aljamain was defeated by technical knockout in the second round. He has 23 wins and four losses in mixed martial arts.
