Former UFC light heavyweight champion Quinton Jackson of the United States talked about fake fights in mixed martial arts.

I know there have been fake fights in MMA. You tell me you want to fight me and then you add, 'Hey, Jackson, I'll give you $10 million if you lay down. But it's got to look true. I have to really hit you." I respond that I get hit all the time. I know I'm going to get hit. But I don't know if I'm going to get knocked the hell out. I figure I'm just going to fall.

Jackson was out in September 2018 against Brazilian Wanderlei Silva as part of the Bellator 206 tournament. That fight, which was stopped in the second round, ended in favor of Quinton by TKO. He has 38 wins and 14 losses under his belt.
