Poirier Refutes News About His Retirement If He Doesn't Get Title Fight

Former interim UFC lightweight champion Dustin Poirier reacted to the news that he will end his career if he isn't given a title fight.

"Fake news," Poirier wrote.

Poirier, 34, last fought in July 2023 at UFC 291, where he lost by second-round knockout to Justin Gaethje. He has 29 wins and eight losses on his record.
