British lightweight Paddy Pimblett spoke out about the criticism he received from fans who said he didn't deserve the victory over Jared Gordon at UFC 282 on December 11.
Every jerk has an opinion. I know I won the fight. I won by unanimous decision, not even split decision. Look at his [Gordon's] face, and look at mine. Now fights are judged by the damage done. I did a lot more damage.

Pimblett and Gordon fought December 11 in the co-main event of UFC 282. After the three-round fight, the judges deemed Paddy the winner by unanimous decision.
Last July, Pimblett faced Jordan Leavitt in the UFC Fight Night 208. Paddy won that fight in the second round by choke. The British fighter has 20 wins and three losses under his belt.
Last year August Gordon came to the octagon against Brazilian Leonardo Santos at UFC 278. That fight ended in Jared's favor by a unanimous decision of the judges. Now he has 19 wins and six losses under his belt.
