Popular British UFC lightweight Paddy Pimblett believes he is the promotion's new successful project to attract an audience and sell pay-per-view.
People think there's a lot of empty hype around me, that the UFC is promoting me, but that's not true, I just produce the best content, and the UFC uses that. I have the most views, I'm the new cash cow. After the fight, people will stop talking about empty hype because I'll put on a real show against Jared. I want to show that I'm just a few levels above him. That's it.

Pimblett's next bout will be Dec. 11 on the main card of UFC 282. He will face American Jared Gordon that night. In July of this year, Paddy won by second round choke over Jordan Leavitt at UFC Fight Night 208.
He made his UFC debut against Luigi Vendramini in September, 2021. Pimblett won that fight by knockout in the first round. He has 19 wins and three losses in mixed martial arts.
