Former UFC bantamweight champion Julianna Peña of the United States has spoken out on former P4P women's ranking leader Amanda Nunes.
I think I’m the only person on the face of the planet that is allowed or can say or call Amanda Nunes a coward because we do have unfinished business and I definitely think she found the easy way out in retiring. I'm frustrated, but as a mom, as a human, I wish her the best.

Peña and Nunes have fought each other twice. Their first fight was in December 2021 at UFC 269, where Julianna defeated Nunes by a second-round choke.
The second fight was held in July, 2022, at UFC 277. That time Nunes won the fight by unanimous decision. Peña has 12 wins and five losses. Nunes has 23 wins and five defeats on her record.
