Gonzalez had a boxing bout against former UFC fighter Gina Mazany on April 1 at Gamebred Boxing 4. This fight lasted the entire distance and ended in Pearl's defeat by majority decision.
Gonzalez last competed in the UFC in October 2017. At that time, she faced Brazilian Poliana Botelho in the octagon. In that encounter, Pearl lost by unanimous decision.
