American UFC bantamweight fighter Sean O'Malley has revealed that he's spending the most time working on his grappling right now in his training.
I'm training and getting stronger. I know I need to improve my grappling, no matter who I fight later. Right now, the whole training process is built around grappling. That's what we're working on the most.

In his last fight, which took place last October at UFC 280, O'Malley faced Russian Petr Yan. Sean won that fight by split decision.
O'Malley made his UFC debut against his compatriot Andre Soukhamthath in March 2018. This confrontation lasted the entire distance and ended in Sean's favor by a unanimous decision of the judges. He has 16 wins and one loss in mixed martial arts.
