UFC Hall of Famer and former women's bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey has adapted her autobiography, "My Fight/Your Fight," into a script for a biographical film currently in the works with Netflix.
According to Deadline, Rousey completed the script in just seven days. Her agents removed the cover page before presenting it to Netflix executives so they wouldn't know the author. Once it was revealed that Ronda wrote the story, a deal to acquire the rights to the biopic was quickly made.
It is expected that Rousey and the film's producers will meet with potential candidates for the role of Ronda in the upcoming months.
Rousey last fought against Amanda Nunes in December 2016 at UFC 207. In that contest, Ronda suffered a technical knockout in the first round. Following that fight, she left the promotion and debuted in WWE in April 2018. Rousey holds a record of 12 wins and two losses in MMA.
