John Kavanagh, coach of former UFC bantamweight champion Conor McGregor, shared his opinion on Francis Ngannou's departure from the strongest MMA league.
So, what's next for Francis Ngannou? Can any MMA org compete with UFC in terms of pay? Is it a one off mega fight with Tyson Fury? Certainly, $30 million or whatever it would be is retirement money by any standards. Well bar my guy.

Earlier, UFC president Dana White said the promotion had offered Ngannu a new contract that would have made him the highest-paid fighter in MMA history. However, the Cameroonian still refused to extend his cooperation with the league.
Recall, in April 2022, Tyson Fury knocked out Dillian Whyte in the sixth round, after which he announced the end of his career and intention to fight Ngannou by hybrid boxing rules in an MMA cage.
Ngannou's last fight in the UFC was in January 2022 as part of the promotion's 270th numbered tournament. That night Francis defeated Ciryl Gane by unanimous decision. In March, 2021, at UFC 260, Francis knocked out Stipe Miocic in the second round. Ngannou, 36, has 17 wins and three losses under his belt.
