Former UFC two-division champion Conor McGregor and top lightweight Michael Chandler will coach on the upcoming season of The Ultimate Fighter. This was announced by UFC President Dana White on social media.
According to sources, the show will premiere on May 30. At the end of the season, McGregor and Chandler will have a fight.
McGregor, 34, has not been in the Octagon since July 2021, when he lost to Dustin Poirier by TKO in the first round at UFC 264. He has 22 wins and six losses under his belt.
Chandler, 36, had his last fight at UFC 281 in November 2022, when he lost to Dustin Poirier by TKO in the third round. He has 23 wins and eight losses under his belt.
