Former UFC double champion Conor McGregor published a post on social media in which he made a statement about the fight with Michael Chandler.

Recall, McGregor and Chandler were supposed to headline the UFC 303 tournament, but Conor withdrew from the fight because of a fractured toe.
McGregor, 35, last stepped into the octagon in July 2021 at UFC 264, losing to Dustin Poirier by technical knockout in the first round. He has 22 wins and six losses on his record.
Chandler, 38, last fought in November 2022 at UFC 281, losing to Dustin Poirier by third-round choke. He has 23 wins and eight losses on his record.
