Former UFC champion in two weight classes, Irish mixed martial artist Conor McGregor, announced that he would be willing to headline the upcoming UFC 310 event scheduled for December 8 in Las Vegas, USA.
McGregor told The Sun:
I'm good, very good. I'm a [shoe] size up right now. I'm back in running runners. I can run, I can box. I'm well on my bike, I'm well on track.Am I ready to headline UFC 310? That sounds good to me.
Initially, McGregor was set to face American fighter Michael Chandler at UFC 303 in June this year, but the fight was canceled due to a broken toe sustained by the Irishman.
McGregor’s last fight occurred against Dustin Poirier in July 2021 at UFC 264, where he suffered a technical knockout due to a leg break. His mixed martial arts record stands at 22 victories and six losses.
