Former UFC two-weight champion Irishman Conor McGregor explained why he decided to become a trainer on the reality show The Ultimate Fighter before returning to the octagon.
I want to be fully immersed. Immersed in this game. Being around young and hungry fighters, I get involved. That was my motivation and the reason I made that decision. To give my all, to pass on my wisdom and knowledge to the next generation and feed off that energy.
