Rizvan Magomedov, the manager of Sharaputdin Magomedov, announced that his fighter will face British competitor Michael Page in his next bout.
Magomedov stated, as quoted by TASS:
Sharaputdin will fight on February 1 in Saudi Arabia. We have agreed to the fight against Page.
Page last stepped into the octagon in June 2024 at UFC 303, where he lost to Ian Machado Garry via unanimous decision. His professional record includes 22 wins and three losses.
On October 26, during UFC 308 in Abu Dhabi, Sharaputdin Magomedov knocked out Armenian fighter Arman Petrosyan in the second round. In his previous match, Magomedov earned a unanimous decision victory over Michał Oleksiejczuk. At UFC on ABC 6 in June, Sharaputdin also secured a knockout victory in the third round against Antonio Trocoli. He boasts an impressive record of 15 wins with no defeats.
